Snow melts, re-freeze begins

So you made it through the snowstorm. Are you ready for low single digits again tonight? Hi everyone, this is Paul Cameron in the WBTV Newsroom. The bright sunshine helped dry up many of our roads today, but Eric Thomas says tonight we could see a temperature near 10-degrees which will surely cause any water to re-freeze.

Did you take notice of what happened on the interstates in Atlanta? Frozen gridlock stranded thousands of vehicles with some people waiting in line 12 hours, while others parking and walking. Houses and businesses near exits turned into warming and overnight shelters. Tonight, city and state officials are hearing criticism for not acting soon enough to help prevent what became a true snowmageddon.

Bad news for wine lovers. A severe drought in California's Napa Valley has growers worried about reduced crops and potentially higher prices.
