Four arrested in drug-related crime in Boone home, police say

BOONE, NC (WBTV) -

Police in Boone have arrested four people in connection to crimes that occurred on Howard Street last week.

On Jan 15. investigators were called to a home on the 600 block of Howard Street and found that a drug-related crime had occurred.

Justin Kevin Anderson, 24, and Jason Conley Anderson, 20, both of Boone, were charged with simple assault and communicating threats, according to the news release from the Boone Police Department.

Both were released on $2,000 bonds.

On Friday police charged Jerome Michael Carlton, 21, and Joshua Dan Carlton, 20, both of Lenoir, with common law robbery, conspiracy to commit common law robbery and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.

Each was placed under a $40,000 bond.
