½ cup of olive oil(whisk slowly into juice/honey mixture)
In a bowl combine add l pound of peeled and deveined shrimp. Add garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, cayenne pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
Cover with plastic and refrigerate for 15 minutes
After shrimp has marinated, pull out of cooler. Heat up a sauté pan on high heat. Carefully add a little olive oil. Add shrimp to pan and sauté for about 5 min or until shrimp is bright orange color. Remove from heat and cool.
While shrimp cools add 5 oz. of mixed green lettuce to a plate or bowl Arrange vegetables and cheese as you prefer. Top greens with Sweet-Orange vinaigrette. Add BBQ shrimp and enjoy.
