The daycare is calling it an accident-- a mistake-- when someone put a pitcher of water with an ounce of bleach into a refrigerator. Twelve kids drank from the pitcher at Bolin's daycare in Kings Mountain, and when some of the kids started throwing up, everyone was taken to the hospital as a precaution. Reporter Brigida Mack is talking to the daycare owner.
A retired army veteran called police to report marijuana plants-- his own. Tonight, we're asking Robert Door why he turned himself in. His answer, because he uses the pot for medicinal reasons and wants to fight the state on its ban on medical marijuana.
NC's Attorney General Roy Cooper is accusing two used car lots of discrimination against African Americans and Hispanics. The AG's office alleges these dealers charge higher down payments, higher prices, higher loan rates and that they are guilty of repossessing vehicles from people who may not be in default.
