A Morganton man was convicted on methamphetamine charges in Burke County Criminal Superior Court Friday.
Officials say 34-year-old Timothy Todd Smith was arrested after a meth lab was found at a home on River Road in September 2011.
In court, Smith was convicted of two counts felony manufacture methamphetamine and sentenced to no less than 45 months and no more than 66 months in the North Carolina Division of Adult Correction.

Deputies said Monday that both Coleman and Bowery were found safe in McDowell County and being returned to their parents.
The search got underway Monday morning near the dam in the Rowan and Davidson County area.
