Done Buttered Biscuits

2 Cups Bisquick

1 stick melted butter

8 oz sour cream

Mix all ingredients.  Bake at 425 degrees for about 12 minutes.

Vegetable and Cheese Frittata

1 1/2 cup mixed veg ( cooked )

1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 dozen eggs, whisked

Sliced or grated  potatoes 

Place potatoes in an oven safe pan.  Add a small amount of oil.  Once browned, place vegetables on top.  Slowly pour eggs over vegetables, starting at the center, then moving outward.  Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.

No Bake Nutella Cookies for Santa

1 cup Sugar

4 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup nutella

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

2 cups uncooked oatmeal

Combine sugar, butter and milk in a medium saucepan.  Bring to a boil while stirring.  Once boiling, remove from heat.  Stir in peanut butter, Nutella and vanilla until smooth.  Add oatmeal, stirring until combined.  Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper and cool completely.
