Recipe: Tiramisu Cheesecake

Tiramisu Cheesecake

1 pack store bought lady fingers

Coffee or Espresso


1lb mascarpone

1lb cream cheese

4 eggs

1.25 cups sugar

Marsala to taste

Soften cheeses to room temperature. Put in mixer on medium speed and add sugar. Once cheeses and sugar are combined, add eggs one at a time. Add Marsala wine to taste.

For the base soak lady fingers in espresso or dark coffee briefly and press into base of a greased mold of your liking.  Add your batter to the mold.  Bake in a water bath at 325 for approximately 45 minutes or until cake is set but not dry.

Cool cake in refrigerator, then unmold.  Dust the top of the cake with coco powder.  Garnish plate with chocolate sauce, whip cream, and chocolate covered espresso beans.
