Tailgate Sliders

Slider Buns (Toasted)

2lb    Ground Beef
2 teaspoons jalapenos
2 teaspoons minced onion
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients even.
Portion into patty the size of the bun being used. (patty will shrink, it will not be to big)
Cook until 155 degrees
add cheese while hot to melt.

Chipotle Aioli
1 Cup mayo
1 Tablespoon chipotle minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 Garlic

Mix all ingredients until smooth and even.

Cheese as needed
Arugula as needed

Assembly on toasted buns.
Spread Aioli On the bun.
Add patty and toppings.
Eat hot!!
