Strawberry with Limoncello

2 cups strawberries (quartered-chilled)

1 tbs powdered sugar

1 tsp Limoncello

1-2 each mint leaves (decoration)

Chantilly Cream

½ cup      heavy whipping cream (chilled)

1 tsp       powdered sugar

½ tsp       vanilla


Combine first three ingredients in a bowl and gently stir (mix). Top with chantilly cream or whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.

For the Chantilly cream, whisk the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks then add powder sugar and vanilla.
