Authorities have found a 79-year-old man diagnosed with dementia who had been missing from an Independence residence since late Saturday night.
Independence police said Leonard L. Vaughn was found Sunday at a neighbor's house.
He was last seen about 10:50 p.m. at a residence in the 1400 block of South Ralston Avenue.
