Recipe: Bread Pudding

Dilworth Bread Pudding

Dilworth Bread Pudding:

4 cups of milk

2 cups of sugar

7 eggs

1 Tablespoon vanilla

2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 loaf of Texas Toast (cut 1"x1")

Combine milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.  Whip until frothy.  Add to cut Texas Toast.  Let soak for 20 minutes.  Preheat oven to 350.  Spray square baking pan with pan spray, and add ingredients.  Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.  Allow to cool.  Cut and serve with ice cream, caramel syrup, and powdered sugar.
