PSI Tuesday: Looking for lost memories

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -

"Very, very useful and very user friendly," said Bohnsack. "It was wonderful."

Then in an instant, it all changed.

"I said listen to this," said Bohnsack to her husband. "It's gone and we are both just devastated."

What is it, where did it go and where is it now?

"You feel helpless," said Bohnsack. "What do you do when that happens."

The Problem Solvers go in search of answers, Tuesday night at 11:00 on WBTV News 3.
