A man was arrested on multiple charges when he was caught driving a stolen vehicle, according to the Boone Police Department.
On Sunday, November 17, police received a report of a stolen vehicle from Whitener Drive. Shortly thereafter, an officer spotted the vehicle on King Street, near Poplar Grove Connect.
The officer attempted to stop the vehicle at King Street and Water Street, but the driver refused to stop. Officers pursued the vehicle back to the same address on Whitener Drive were the driver, Jeffrey Lee Warren, 36, was taken into custody.
Warren was charged with felonious larceny of a motor vehicle, felonious fleeing to elude arrest, driving while license revoked, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was placed under a $15,000 secured bond, pending a court appearance on December 20.
