PHOENIX (CBS5) -

A Tempe man has been arrested for allegedly trying to lure a person over the Internet who he believed to be a 13-year-old girl.

Police said Brian Christian Becker, 38, was involved in sexual interactions over several weeks during January 2010.

The FBI arrested Becker on Tuesday afternoon in Phoenix on three counts of having obscene materials, one count of luring a minor for sexual exploitation and one count of aggravated luring a minor.

Maricopa County Attorney's Office spokesman Jerry Cobb said the arrest came from an additional investigation that was performed as a result of the 2010 arrest which did not result in formal charges.

His bond was set at $25,000 and he's scheduled to be arraigned on Oct. 28.
