The Charlotte Wells Fargo employee who'd been missing for nine days, has been found safe according to the Facebook page dedicated to the search for him. 

A jury in New York has found Charlotte-based Bank of America liable for mortgage fraud...now a judge will decide when the penalty phase of the trial will begin.

Congress begins hearings into the troubled Obamacare website used to purchase health insurance.   The Energy and Commerce committee will look into why the website is slow and unresponsive for millions of Americans.

A Lincolnton doctor accused of rape is now expected to face more charges.
