Rocky medical career for Doctor charged with rape

A Lincolnton doctor, charged with drugging and raping a patient 17 years ago, is no stranger to trouble in his medical career.  Reporter David Spunt has uncovered accusations against Dr. John Marshall that twice ended with a suspension of his medical license.

Strange search at properties connected to missing teenager Erica Parsons today. The FBI and Sheriff's deputies had bloodhounds sniffing and probing the ground on land where Erica and her adoptive parents, Sandy and Casey Parsons, lived before Erica went missing. They were particularly interested in a spot where an above ground pool once stood.  They also dog-searched land in China Grove owned by Sandy Parsons' father.

In Raleigh, a student at NC State is accused of following women into bathrooms, then peering over the stalls at them.  The University has issued an alert.

A father suffers a heart attack. His co-worker calls 911. By an odd co-incidence, the EMS dispatcher happened to the man's daughter. She gathers key information and figures the patient must be her father. What she didn't know was how he was brought back to life enroute to the hospital.
