CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Detectives say one suspect has been charged for his role in a robbery at a McDonlad's.
Cedrice Brown has been charged with common law robbery and felony probation violation according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
Investigators say Brown was arrested Friday morning.
The robbery was reported on Oct. 9 at 10:23 a.m. at the McDonald's on the 5800 block of East WT Harris Boulevard, according to the alert from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
The victim was sitting down at a table when the suspects assaulted him and grabbed the victim's iPad.
The suspects then left the restaurant on foot in an unknown direction of travel.
The victim was not injured.
The second suspect who was identified will not be facing any charges in this case.
