New FFN Top 10 for Week 8

The votes are calculated and there are some big changes in the FFN Top 10 driven by Town and Country Ford.

Those changes are not at the top as once again Northwestern and Mallard Creek are #1 and #2 respectively.

There is a new #3 as Burns moves up a spot.  South Point moves down to #4 after barely beating 1-6 Hunter Huss 28-27 in overtime.

The big mover of the week is Hough, who jumped 4 spots to #5 after crushing Robinson 73-0.

Charlotte Christian is down a spot to #6 even though they beat previously unbeaten Charlotte Latin 38-3.  A big reason for the drop is the fan vote where no one voted for the Knights.

York is down a spot to #7.

Davidson Day is down a spot to #8.

Concord moves up spot to #9 after beating previously unbeaten Central Cabarrus 63-50.

And moving into the top 10 for the first time this season is South Iredell.  The Vikings come in at #10.  They are the defending 2AA State Champions, but made the move from 2A to 3A this year and so far, they are 6-0.

West Meck, who was #8 in last week's poll, dropped out of the Top 10 after an upset loss to Providence last Friday 31-27.
