Process

Step 1

Split each lobster tail down the center of the tail (do not cut into the meat) and pull the meat from the shell and place the meat on top of the shell and allow to drape over the sides of the shell. Fan out the tail by tucking the outer fins over the inner fins.

Step 2

Spread a teaspoon of melted butter on the top of each tail and season with paprika and salt & pepper, to your liking.  Place in a baking dish, and add about ¼ cup of water, bake for 5-7 minutes at 450°F.

Step 3

Remove tails from the oven and brush tails with melted butter.

Step 4

Place tails on a platter and serve with your favorite vegetables and/or potatoes.

Step 5

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley, a side of melted butter, and a lemon wedge.

Step 6

Serve and enjoy!
