Dessert Pizza

Yield:  2 dessert pizzas (12-16 servings)
***  Use a half recipe for one pizza
Prep time:  10 minutes
Cook time:  15 minutes


2 store brought pizza dough crust (12 in)

16 oz. of Mascarpone cheese

15 oz. of canned sliced pears

15 oz. of canned sliced peaches

10 oz. of canned mandarin oranges

1 Kiwi-peeled and sliced into half moons

12 oz. of fresh Raspberries

6 oz. of fresh Blueberries

3 oz. of melted White Chocolate (Add 3 drops of pink coloring for theme)

Pink food coloring


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Add the canned peaches and pears to a medium sauce pot

Bring to a boil( About 4-5 minutes)

Add a slurry(mixture of 1 tbsp of flour and 3 tbsp of water)

Cook down mixture until thick and flour has dissolved. This should take about 4-5 min

When the mixture has thickened, take off heat and transfer to a bowl.  Put bowl in freezer for a few minutes to cool mixture down

To assemble pizza; Add Mascarpone cheese to a medium bowl, add 5 tbsp of honey and  5 drops of Pink food coloring.  Also add a few tbsp.  of Mandarin Orange liquid. Fold in mixture with a spatula

Next warm pizza crust for 3-4 minute in oven then remove to cool

Now, assemble pizza.

Add layer of Mascarpone cheese on crust; spread evenly

Next take peach/pear mixture and add to the center of crust

Assemble the fresh fruit around the cheese spread

Finish this amazing pizza with a few drizzles of white chocolate

Serve and enjoy!!!
