Family of victim in fatal officer-involved shooting to speak

Our top story this morning - there are more developments in the fatal officer-involved in Charlotte that has since made national headlines. Family members of the victims and now the NAACP will be holding a news conference later this morning. We also have info on where the Charlotte officer who fatally shot the unarmed man is right now. Also, a prayer rally will be held in downtown Salisbury today. It's all because of the controversy of prayer at county commission meetings. It's expected to draw thousands.
