The intensity of the 2013 season's first hurricane has wobbled back and forth for days, and now it's merely a cluster of thunderstorms.
Strong wind shear has torn Humberto apart, and the storm is now a post-tropical cyclone. The National Hurricane Center is predicting that the storm will likely restrengthen again, even enough to regain hurricane status later this week.
While Humberto can't seem to make up its mind, Ingrid has. The storm in the western Gulf continues to strengthen and could outpace Humberto's intensity and become a Category 2 hurricane before making landfall along the Mexican coast.
Neither storm is forecast to impact the U.S. directly.
