There's more fallout from the 2012 Christmastime bar brawl involving a motorcycle club made up of off-duty police officers.

Prescott Valley Cpl. Tyran Payne has resigned before any formal disciplinary action against him could be taken.

He and other members of the Iron Brotherhood Motorcycle Club got in trouble for an incident at a Whiskey Row bar that sent one man to the hospital with a broken nose.

Another Prescott Valley officer, Cpl. Jason Kaufman, received a week off without pay and remains a part of the department.

Earlier this year an investigation by the Department of Public Safety was turned over to the county attorney's officer for review. It recommended charges be filed against the former Prescott Valley police Chief Bill Fessler, ex-Yavapai County sheriff's sergeant and other club members. A spokesman for the MCAO said the matter is still being reviewed and no charges have yet been filed.
