Cam Man Ron Lee will join us live from Rock Hill with exclusive details and video of an overnight shooting...a bullet narrowly missed three children inside an apartment.

The debate over public prayer could reach a new level tonight.  It will be for the first Rowan County Commission meeting after a judge told commissioners they can't have sectarian prayer for a meeting.  We talked to one commissioner who tells us what he expects to before tonight's meeting.

The North Carolina legislature is out of session...but Moral Monday protests will continue.  Today, protestors will gather in Asheville for what's being called, Mountain Moral Monday.

Powerball fever is growing in North Carolina and across the nation.  The jackpot is now at $400 million...and is expected to go even higher before Wednesday night's drawing.

A man suspected of intentionally driving into crowds on the Venice Beach boardwalk in Los Angeles is in custody. A 32-year-old Italian woman on her honeymoon was killed and 11 other people were injured, one of them critically.

The New York Yankees' Alex Rodriguez is expected to be hit with a suspension today for his links to a Florida clinic accused of distributing banned performance-enhancing drugs.

Closing arguments are expected this morning in the racketeering trial of Boston mob boss James "Whitey" Bulger.
