Two shot overnight in south Charlotte

Cama Rd. Double Shooting

Shots rang out along Cama Street in south Charlotte around 1 a.m. Friday morning.

Medics tell WBTV two people were shot, but it's unclear what their conditions were.
Both men were seen talking with police officers before being transported.
"They got me in the foot" on of the victims told a neighbor as he was being loaded into the back of the ambulance.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police taped off the area, collected evidence and talked to witnesses for close to two hours.
A dark sedan was parked in the driveway, it's drivers side window shattered.
Not much in known at this point what happened.  WBTV will continue to contact police and get more information out as it becomes available.
