BREAKING: Compromise Charlotte airport bill passes in early morning hours

BREAKING NEWS:

Just a few hours ago, members of the state House, then the Senate, approved a so-called compromise bill. It is now law but there is a twist: the city of Charlotte will still have some control of the airport. WBTV's Astrid Martinez has details on the House/Senate vote that happened in the overnight hours while you were sleeping.
