Summer Melon Delight

Yield:  8 to 10 servings

2-1/4 cups finely-diced cantaloupe
1 cup finely-diced pineapple
8 cups cold water
2-1/2 cups Turbinado sugar

Add diced cantaloupe to large pitcher.  Add diced pineapple, then add sugar.  Top mixture with cold water.  Whisk until sugar dissolves (about 2-3 minutes).  Serve over ice.
