That's why we're encouraging you to be a part of the Greater Charlotte Heart Walk. It's September 21st.

Sports Reporter Leah Rubertino is part of the event, and has been sharing heart-healthy tips.

Flywheel in Charlotte is one of the latest trends to hit the Queen City.

It is an intense cardio workout that also incorporates an arm workout. In a 45 minute class, you can burn up to 700 calories.

Flywheel Regional Manager Carrie Kaschak gives a brief example of the class in the attached video.
