Heart Disease is still the #1 Killer of men and women, and since the disease is 80 percent preventable, we're showing you some heart healthy fitness tips throughout the month of July.

If you are getting bored with your workouts, and would like to try something new, then give Krav Maga a try. It's like boxing, mixed with self defense, and classes are offered at Fit to Fight in Charlotte.

Krav Maga not only teaches explosive movements to defend yourself, but also to escape the situation. The Carolina Panthers and even Panthers' head coach Ron Rivera take these courses weekly.

Ryan Hoover, co-owner of Fit to Fight, says you don't have to be a pro, these classes are for anyone. And ... Your first class is free!
