Former Charlotte Mayor Anthony Foxx will take the oath of office as the nation's newest Transportation Secretary. He got a little emotional as he stepped down as mayor last night. Longtime city council member Patsy Kinsey is now Charlotte's new mayor...appointed last night in a 6 - 2 vote.
