LINCOLN COUNTY, NC (WBTV) -

One runaway teen from Lincoln County has been located and authorities are still searching for a second teen.

Aniya Symone Mickey-Weeks, 14, was located Wednesday night when she was taken by her grandmother to CMC-Main to be treated for abdominal pain.

A CMPD officer was dispatched to the hospital to verify the identity of the teen.  He contacted Lincoln County Sheriff's Office detectives that the person was Aniya Symone Mickey-Weeks and detectives removed her from NCIC as a missing runaway.

Following treatment she was released in the custody of her grandmother who lives in Charlotte.

Detectives are still looking for her 17-year-old sister, Mahagony Smith.  The two teens ran away from their McCorkle Road home on June 25.

Both teens had reportedly been seen in the Charlotte area.  Investigators followed up on several leads but did not locate the girls.

Mahagony Smith is described as a black female, 5 feet-7 inches tall and weighing approximately 125 pounds. She is still entered NCIC as a missing runaway juvenile.

Anyone with information about Smith's whereabouts is asked to contact the Lincoln County Communications Center at 704-735-8202 or the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office at 704-732-9050.
