First things first: How bad do you want it?
I ask because while I'm thrilled so many of you want to join #teamNOsugar -- you are going to have to want this more than anything else!
More than the chocolate, the big ole cheesy bowl of pasta, a mouth watering slice of your mama's famous peach cobbler, Bojangle's biscuits. More than ANYTHING.
It will not be easy. It will be tough. VERY tough. Especially the first 10 days or so. You may experience headaches and be crabby in general. You'll want to quit. To cave. To eat the sugar. DON'T.
I ask again: how bad do you want it??
Because you will get cravings. Even now-- I STILL get them. They're not as bad or as frequent, but they're STILL there. There will be times you just have to talk yourself down off the ledge. ( I address that here.)
There are no shortcuts or quick fixes. It will take EVERYTHING you've got. You will have to dig deep. (I talk about that one here.) But it WILL be worth it.
So I ask one last time: how. bad. do. you. want. it?
If you're in, if you want it bad enough, if you're done with the excuses -- then let's do it. 30 days. NO PROCESSED sugars.
