CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - We know we need fiber in our diets but this important ingredient usually comes in things like bread and cereal.

For those trying to cut back on their intake of carbohydrates that can cause a problem.

Lauren Hatcher, a registered dietician with Carolinas Healthcare System, visited WBTV News Sunday Morning to talk about some alternatives that will get you the fiber you need without the carb concerns.
