MCCONNELLS, SC (WBTV) -

Deputies in York County say a McConnells couple is behind bars after their two young children tested positive for meth.

According to a York County Sheriff's report, officers with the York County Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Enforcement Unit were contacted by officials with the Union County Department of Social Services.

The report states that two drug tests showed that a 6-year-old boy and 7-year-old boy had tested positive for methamphetamines. According to the results, both boys had been exposed within the last 45 days.

The boys' parents, Jonathan Shane Patrick and Stacy Michelle Fincher, were arrested and charged in the case.

Fincher was booked on Tuesday and charged with two counts of Unlawful Neglect Of Child and is being held on a $20,000 bond.

Patrick, who has been in jail since May 23, is facing a slew of charges including unlawful neglect, manufacturing methamphetamine, fail to stop for a blue light, manufacture of methamphetamine in the presence of a minor child and weapons charges.

He's being held on a $81,357.50 bond.
