We're proud to announce that WTOL 11 has won two Emmy's for the 2013 broadcast year. The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences gave the awards on Saturday, June 1st.
WTOL 11 brought home the award for "Best Morning Newscast," with credits going to executive producer Ann L. Harenda, producer Jill Rood, meteorologist Chris Vickers, and anchors Jenna Lee and Jonathan Walsh.
WTOL 11 also brought home the award for "Best Evening Newscast," with credits going to producer Jason Matthews, director Mike Hnatiak, and anchors Chrys Peterson and Jerry Anderson.
Awards were for Television Market 41+ for the Lower Great Lakes region.
