Lottery ticket sold Charlotte worth 1 million

Good morning! This is Christine Nelson sending you a quick email from the WBTV Newsroom. WBTV News This Morning is on now until 7 a.m. This is a first look at some of the stories making headlines right now. After you read this turn us on and let us help get your day started.

Can you help? We have information on the person who, officials in Iredell County say, killed a 22-year-old. The victim was shot to death.

Someone is a millionaire this morning and they don't even know it. We first told you yesterday that there is a one million dollar winner in North Carolina from the Powerball drawing. We'll tell you where in Charlotte that ticket was sold.

Also, WBTV's Astrid Martinez got her hands on the exchange between a South Carolina politician and police after he was arrested for suspected drunk driving. We'll let you hear and see it for yourself.

Plus, the one thing your man should have that is said to improve their health...and sex appeal!

I have to go over a few more scripts before I get to the set. So I'll see you on the air!!

Christine
