GASTONIA, N.C. (AP) -

Hunter Huss' Kerrion Moore has verbally committed to play football at Duke in the fall of 2014.  He announced his decision last night.

He got consideration from a lot of schools but chose the program who was one of the first to recruit him.

Moore is a RB, CB, and returns kickoffs at Hunter Huss and is also a great player on the basketball team.

As a freshman in football, Moore was all conference as he rushed for 13 hundred yards, returned 2 kickoffs for touchdowns and had 3 punt returns for touchdowns.

As a sophomore, he rushed for 750 yards and had 250 yards receiving.

This past season as a junior, he was the Big South Conference Special Teams Player of the Year after returning 3 kickoffs for touchdowns.

Moore will help lead a Huskie football team that could be a team to watch in 2013 as the program moves down to 2A.
