Kra Tong Thong (Thai Golden Baskets)

chicken breast (ground) 1/2 cup

shrimp (minced) 1/2 cup

sweet corn kernels  1/4 cup

carrots (diced) 1/4 cup

olive oil 1/4

garlic (minced) 2 cloves  

sugar 4 teaspoons

salt 1 teaspoon

cilantro (for decoration)

red bell pepper (short slivers for decoration)

mini phyllo shells  1 box (room temp.)



1 Place olive oil in hot pan (medium heat)

2 Add garlic, chicken and shrimp (sauté for 3 minutes)

3 Add corn and carrots (continue cooking for another 5 minutes, until tender)

4 Season with sugar and salt

5 Once it's cool down, put the filling into mini phyllo shells

6 Decorate with cilantro and red bell pepper
