Cottonwood resident Kimberly Harrington has an active warrant for her arrest under suspicion she purchased a firearm for a third party, breaking Arizona's weapons misconduct statute.
The gun that Harrington is suspected of buying for a third party was used in a shooting on 18th Street on Feb. 15
Harrington turned herself in to Cottonwood police Sunday instead of being arrested.
Harrington is being held at the Yavapai County Jail.
