Two vehicles collided on State Route 51 in Lake Township early Saturday morning.
According to Highway Patrol officials, it happened at 1:43 a.m.
A 2008 Ford Focus, driven by Jason Hill of Bowling Green, veered left and crossed the center lane.
Hill, 32, struck the 1999 Hyundai Accent of 60-year-old Bobbi Neitling, of Woodville.
The vehicles collided head on. Both spun off to the south side of the road.
Hill's vehicle struck a traffic sign.
Emergency crews had to extract Neitling from her car. She was transported to a local hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
Hill was also transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
Both drivers were wearing a seatbelt.
Officials say alcohol use contributed to the crash, but an investigation is still underway.
Charges are pending.
