Restaurant Parking Lot Death Probe

Up top...Cam Man Ron Lee will be live from southwest Charlotte.  He has new details about a body that was found in a car in a parking lot of an Applebee's restaurant.  Shell casings were found in the area.

We'll show you an apartment complex off south Tryon Street in Charlotte that was damaged by fire overnight. 

A major fire situation in Alabama this morning....a seventh blast has rocked the scene of a large fire that began with explosions aboard two fuel barges in Mobile.  The latest explosion happened around 3:00 this morning. The situation is so unstable that officials are letting the fire continue to burn.

A Mooresville man is behind bars this morning...charged with robbing a bank in Davidson.

New developments in the fate of the Gold Rush Trolley...the free buses that run to Uptown Charlotte and nearby neighborhoods.  At a meeting last night city leaders said one line may not be cut.

Investigators say Dzokhar Tsarnaev has admitted his role in the Boston Marathon bombings.  But he made the admission before authorities read him his Miranda rights, so it's not clear if prosecutors could use that against him in his trial.
