Two students arrested after break-ins at Charlotte schools

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -

Officials with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools tell WBTV two students have been arrested after several schools were broken into.

Equipment was damaged in the break-ins at West Meck High, North Meck High, and J.M. Alexander Middle Schools.

There was also a break-in at Martin Luther King Middle School, but there have been no reports of damage from that incident.

The names and ages of the two students arrested have not been released.
