TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

The Oro Valley Police Department is searching for two suspects that tried to clean out a car wash.

The alleged robbery was all caught on video by a surveillance camera at the business near Oracle and Magee.

On March 14, OVPD received a call from the owner of the car wash about a burglary. The owner of the business found one of the vending machines severely damaged. Surveillance video from the night was turned over to the police.

OVPD found that two men tried to open the machine with a crow bar at midnight, earlier this month. The video shows one of the suspects checking out the machine and then he takes out a crow bar from his jacket. He tries several times to open up the machine, but is not successful. He goes and gets a friend to help him out. The two appear to try to rip the machine out of the wall.

"What drew my attention to it when I first saw it, their intent and determination to get into this machine," said Lt. Kara Riley from Oro Valley Police.

According to OVPD, the two men took off with less than $50. But they caused about $12,000 worth of damage to the machine.

The two suspects are described as white men, both about 25 years old and about 5 feet 10 inches tall.

If you saw a U-haul near the car wash on the evening of the 14th or anything suspicious. You're asked to call OVPD or 88-CRIME.
