PHOENIX (CBS5) -
A man living near a school bus stop was arrested and booked into jail on several charges of sexual exploitation of a minor, according to Phoenix police.
Christopher Ray Jurgens, 46, was booked into the Maricopa County Jail after detectives from the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a search warrant at his Phoenix home near 32nd and Van Buren streets about noon Thursday, according to Phoenix police Sgt. Tommy Thompson.
Thompson said detectives found child pornography, child-oriented candy and drinks, children's clothes, toys and coloring books in the house, where no children live.
Jurgens was booked into jail on 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
