A Toledo girl who had been reported missing Monday has been found safe.
Toledo police say 14-year-old Camarie "Cammie" Smith has been found unharmed. Police had considered Cammie a runaway when they announced her disappearance Wednesday.
Police found her in a residence on Boalt Street in south Toledo. Officers went there after a search party decided to go to that address. As officers took her out of the home she appeared to be fine.
She was taken to the police station to discuss what happened.
"We followed up on some information we had and were able to locate the young lady, and now the followup begins with the detective bureau," explained Sgt. Pete Lavey.
Police will now decide if any charges should be filed against those that had her inside the house.
