Mark Sanford falls short of winning primary outright, advances to runoff

We have the results of yesterday's South Carolina primary. The sister of comedian Stephen Colbert easily won the democratic primary and will be on the special election ballot in May. Who her republican challenger will be is still to be determined. Former South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford got most of the votes but not enough of a majority to win the republican primary outright. So who will he face in next month's runoff? We'll explain why a recount is in order to find out.
