LIVE...Cam Man Ron Lee has the latest on the legal battle between the ACLU and Rowan County commissioners-- over the right to pray before public meetings.  The Commissioners held an emergency meeting with an attorney last night-- to discuss the next course of action.

WBTV has learned Mecklenburg County Manager Harry Jones may be considering an early departure from his job.  During a closed session later today, county commissioners will take up a "personnel matter". One source on the board tells us it involves Jones.
