ACC Tournament, NCAA action to affect programming

March Madness is upon us and WBTV is teaming up with the Atlantic Coast Conference and the National Collegiate Athletic Association to bring you basketball tournament action.

Starting Friday, March 15, WBTV will be airing the ACC Tournament on WBTV and NCAA basketball action on our sister station, BounceTV.

On Friday, WBTV will have ACC Tournament coverage starting at noon and running until at least 4:30 p.m.  Action will pick back up at 7p.m., after our news and run until 11:30 p.m.

So when will the pre-empted prime time shows air?

  • Undercover Boss will air Saturday, 3/16 @ 2:07 a.m. 
  • Hawaii Five-O will air Saturday, 3/16 @ 3:07 a.m. 
  • Blue Bloods will air Monday, 3/18 @ midnight
  • CBS Soaps:  Y&R and B&B will air Sunday, 3/17 starting at midnight

ACC Tournament action will return on Saturday with the semi-finals airing from 1 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.  The Mountain West Championship game will air starting at 6 p.m. on Saturday evening.

On Sunday, the "ACC Basketball:  King of the Court" will air starting at noon with the ACC Championship Game starting at 12:30 p.m.

Basketball action won't end with the ACC Championship game.  You can catch the Big 10 Championship immediately after - followed by the NCAA Selection Show.

Looking for more NCAA action?

WBTV will be airing multiple games on our 3.2 channel (Bounce-TV).

On Saturday, you can catch the end of the Conference USA Championship. Then, starting at 1:40 p.m., the Big 10 semifinals will air until 6 p.m.

Sunday afternoon, basketball action picks back up at 1 p.m. with the Atlantic 10 championship game, followed by the Big 10 Championship game which will be simulcast on WBTV.
