CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -

This week marks five years since the death of Justin Monroe and Victor Isler, two Salisbury firefighters.

On Saturday, friends and family held a skeet shoot competition to raise money for a scholarship in the names of two fallen Salisbury fire fighters.

Firefighters Justin Monroe, 19, and Victor Isler, 40, died from injuries they got while trying to contain a fire at Salisbury Millworks.

The Mill was a family-owned company that made cabinets, doors and moldings for hospitals and businesses.
