Greensboro, NC (WBTV) - The high school basketball playoffs continued Friday night in Greensboro.

In the 1A Boys Quarterfinals defending state champion Winston-Salem Prep outlasted North Rowan in double overtime winning 72-70.

In the 4A girl's quarterfinals Porter Ridge beat North Meck 67-46.

The Lady Pirates advance to meet Greensboro Page Saturday at 7:30.
